Password does not work
Website password has to be 10+ characters. UI on mobile app only allows you to key in 10 characters!!!

I have been saying they needed an APP and BAM, they now have one for the ELECTRIC side. Got it downloaded, entered my log in info and then this ACCOUNT LIST page comes up with a tab in the upper LEFT. There is not a button that says PAY YOUR BILL. If you hit the tab in the upper LEFT, it just gives you the option of logging out or changing your password??!! So on a lark, I hit the middle of the ACCOUNT LIST screen and THEN a page comes up to allow me to
Pay My Bill. Once I got there, it was a snap to pay as my previous payment method came up. MUCH quicker than going to their website to pay online. So my opinion is, fix the ACCOUNT LIST page to make it clearer and you have 5 stars. Oh, and create the app for paying for INTERNET. Thanks👍🏻
