Completely stopped working after day 1
I genuinely thought that this would be a good app to remind me to do things like drink water, go outside, as well as allowing me to journal and reflect on how I feel. I was very excited, however the day after I downloaded it, it is just completely frozen. No matter what I do it is frozen. At this point the app is completely useless. I think the only solution may be to delete it and start over, but I'm not willing to do that because it may freeze again. I don't know if other people have experienced this, but I don't recommend this app.

Not good wouldn’t recommend
Really confusing and you have to pay a subscription or smt to do it- I would not recommend it there’s better apps then this please think twice before downloading this app🙏

You can use every feature without paying a subscription. If you subscribe you will have the same features with additional options.
