Extremely Unprofessional
If you are offering a mobile application to your clients, please make sure it works. If it doesn’t work please at least let us know. In that way, we would be able to save valuable time and possibly our life if any emergency occurs.

Hi Sifatul, we regret to learn that your experience with the Cowan Access24 app didn’t meet your expectations. Cowan Access24 is limited to our Personal Insurance and Business clients, and it is not intended for Group Benefits or Third-Party Administration such as UHIP.
