Not helpful and unable to withdraw sooner.
My family has struck a medical emergency, in which I require funds from all my possible sources from my own pocket; however, most of the listed companies on this app will not allow you to sell your shares sooner. I brought this to their attention and they offered two possible solutions - neither which were quick, immediate, or comfortable with. I plan to withdraw all my shares from any listed company on this app and highly encourage other users to avoid this platform, as your funds will most likely be locked away for a while. Wish this app was like Robinhood and the interface is awful to look at. Highly recommend avoiding the use of StartEngine.Mykolnaut

Takes forever
I have seen zero income after several of deposits and in waiting 2 months to get an approval, is just not worth it!djl0915

Start Engine is good place to start investing in companies that fit your interest, taste, hobbies and the bank account and many of the companies will be very profitable long term. You decide! Awesome opportunity

SCAM!!!!!
Took so long to transfer funds the start up I invested in ended without accepting my funds. Tried to withdraw my funds back to my account after which the only thing I was told after ~ 4-5 back and forth emails from “customer service” was “are you really sure you want to withdraw your funds? If you do send us an email” after which I sent the email to request my funds returned and ran through the WHOLE THING AGAIN - “are you really sure you want to withdraw funds? If so send us an email...” I would call this app a joke if it didn’t steal my moment but since it’s taken my money and I have received no tangible goods or agreed upon service I’m calling it what it is - a SCAM!!!!Hippo Humper

I don’t recommend this app and service
I have bought share with Start Engine and other companies with them. But. It have been 2 years. I have try to contact in person. I never get to talk to anyone. All robot and contact by email only. The phone number you see in the website. Will give you live voice mails and never return your call.
Can’t find no way to withdraw money.
Seem like scam App. Get peoples to invest never get it back.
