Fun start
Innovative combat tactics mechanics with lots of potential. Needs options to disband heroes. Also the “old gods” reset needs fixing. Prompt said: “reset everything? your village will be kept”. What ended happening is everything is kept (bldgs, heroes, items, enemies defeated, etc), with only wood/ore reset to zero. I did it a couple of times thinking it was a bug, and now I have a “broken cart” in my village guarded by 7 enemies of approx 24 atk, 12 def, 140 hp each, and my heroes have on approx 10 atk, 6 def, 30 hp with nowhere to gain exp/gold/items.Show lessAwesome Scottie
Solid game!
Pretty fun to play, not overbearing. Not super complex, but definitely has potential to grow. Not pay to win either! Couple issues - the ads sometimes crash the app for me and I don’t get any rewards, which is a pain. Additionally, the higher tier fights essentially knock your best heroes out for 20 min to an hour or more while they heal, which functionally limits your ability to progress while playing the game consecutively - please make the medic tent’s upgrades more effective, and I’d play more.
Definitely expand the upgrade trees, and the hero types, it’ll dramatically improve the depth and complexity of the game. Thanks, keep going!Show lessQhdjfkwdjasf

I started playing this game on my iPad Pro and it’s great so far although I would like to pick up where I left off on my iPhone. Keep up the great work devs :)

I download plenty of games every day and then delete them pretty quickly if they don’t spark a certain level of interest. This was one of those games I came across like so many others and I held little hope that it’d last more than 2 minutes of opening. I was wrong. It’s somehow managed to become the first one I open upon picking my phone up, that’s when you know you’ve got a good one. It’s all pretty basic stuff and upon first appearance it looks quite dark from the default zoom, in fact it’s still quite dark when zoomed in but don’t let that put you off. Steady character progression with some interesting level ability skills follow and the combat system is surprisingly good. It’s still very young in development and I hope the game attracts enough players to make the developers continue to release new updates as time goes by. It’s good, very good and I’ll continue to play as long as I can. Thumbs up dev team 👍

6 weeks in and I guess many players who started when I did are twiddling there thumbs waiting for an update. The one four days ago (from writing this) was barely an ‘update’.
Need more content fast or players that have given this game such deservedly high praise will or have drifted away. The devs should have made more content available before the launch. Don’t get me wrong this is still a 5* review. But get more content available soon.. pleaseShow lessBlackisheep1

Not the game for you if you want to build huge cities by day 2. Character development is a bit random and rewards not huge. But it a very satisfying game with really nice graphics. Also I thoroughly recommend their vampire game.
Having choices of characters would be nice at the moment they are all fighters, having an option to choose a healer or a mage would be nice.Show lessbingbongwhatsit

Fun game but I logged on today and sent the people off to fight as you do but as they were fighting I noticed they had all dropped like 4 points of damage my Harvey hitter was at 18 damage but only had 14 this was on all of themEmeraldeyedaughter

It takes a lot to impress me, and so far I am. I very much like the fact, that you ONLY watch ads when you want a little perk/ gift. I know with complete certainty that as soon as ads start on their own, I will delete the game.
But as the game is, I’m really really enjoying it. There are only two reasons why I gave three stars.
1) It would be more enjoyable if you could choose what you want to forge, but still keep the stats random.
*example* you choose the type and level of item, (sword-Lvl 4) but it’s perks are random.
2) A secondary campsite. Cause it’s ages to keep having to travel back and forth from the castle. Which gets boring.
Set up a campsite when in an area with enemies and far away from the castle. This should be timed. Say 30mins and cost 1 or 2 fragment cards.

Have really enjoyed playing this game. Maybe with further development you could creat specific classes, skill point systems for these classes and items specific to classes. Thanks for all your hard work!!
Thanks for your response. I am now currently on my second run through. It would be really handy if the hero’s didn’t have to return to base after each battle; ie if they could stay where they just fought, so that they could be sent on further. It would minimise on waiting around time for them to get back and then go out again.

Plenty of room to improve and grow, maybe add a gambit type system so recruits will target specific enemies like highest or lowest health or attack or defense ect, supply/castle upgrades get a bit expensive quickly maybe lower some, also would like to see the skill tree increased add more options definitely, as well as maybe make stat points for each character a choice with each level up not automatically done for random stats, eventually adding more stats besides health attack and defense- would be awesome ex:doge,speed,hit,dex ect. Finding away to increase exp gain, as well as travel speed(some character skills do this which is great)maybe create way points at certain points on map troops can automatically jump to if clickedShow lessWolfsharp

I am so impressed by the restraint and fairness-to-players sentiment of this development team. The ads are fair, few and the free game play is actually a fun idle loop. I enjoyed it so much, I supported the developer with a shop purchase. I hope they continue to work and add-on this charmer.
A few small notes for devs:
1) It is amazing that you have a bug button on the front UI;
2) The trails in the military encampment zone aren’t clear enough to discern which battles will open more efficient routes from the player base. (I perceive route-clearing to be an intended part of player strategy in the game.)
3) The token system seems like an after-thought. I’ve kept all of the free tokens I’ve grinded, and it is less than one Tier 3 chest. This is entirely different from the progression for gold-related purchases, and the possibility of not-great loot is high! Very unattractive from the perspective of player buying power, and engagement.
All that critique is meant with best intentions; I think this game is a winner.Show lessBrendonggg
