Perfect if you can’t fit a PT into your schedule
I used to love having a PT as the workouts they would give me were always challenging and varied and produced good results. This app is a really good substitute for those that either can’t find the time or the money for a regular in person PT. I’m really enjoying using it and will continue on for a long time. I loved the 28 day challenges on Instagram and think the app is really reasonably priced for what it provides.
The only thing I miss from in person PT sessions is some guidance on what weights you could use for the movements as I tend to err on the side of caution and go lighter without instructions. If there could be like a beginner, mid level and advanced suggestion with a corresponding range of weights (e.g 1-2kg for beginner 4-6kg for mid level etc) that would be amazing - although maybe that does need to be assessed in person to be safe so perhaps not possible.

Amazing Alice!
I’ve been following Alice’s challenges and found them to be achievable without being too easy. Her cheerful demeanour and attention to detail when explaining the exercises is excellent. I’m now into my 9th or 10th challenge! And am reaping the benefits of a strong and toned body( I’m very happy as a more mature lady to finally have muscles!) thank you Alice!

THE BEST app for at home fitness
Alice is a gift. Her workouts are tough but accessible, perfectly crafted for the at home fitness lifestyle, but could also adapt to a gym. Her monthly challenges allow you to actually build strength and technique over time, unlike most apps that just give you a bunch of disconnected workouts where it’s easy to lose motivation. Alice’s challenges keep you engaged because you see the progress week to week and you build on what you’ve accomplished.
Her app is so thoughtfully designed, her coaching style is really well honed to give you the best of experience.

The only exercise I have ever stayed consistent with
There’s just something special about Alice and her format. I have now kept up with her monthly challenges for 18 months and like so many of other app users I feel stronger, happier and more confident. She has made exercise a regular part of my week, and it’s something I genuinely look forward to as I can see genuine results from it - both physically and mentally/emotionally.
She’s so inclusive of abilities, she keeps things fun, it’s challenging but not to the point where you dread each workout because they’re so horrible 😂. She just gets what works. Amazing app!
Such a great app and the best fitness program. Alice is so motivating and supportive - it does genuinely feel like you have a PT in the room with you. Her explanations of the exercise are clear and so easy to follow along at home. Its the first set of home exercise programs that actually challenge me and make me sweat! Have only tried some of the recipes but they look great. And Alice is so committed to improving the app and adapting over time! So glad I have been a member from day 1!

Don’t get a new phone mid challenge!
I was really enjoying using this app! Alice is a fantastic trainer and her workouts are easy to follow. I had been doing the 12 week plan in the programmes section as I can’t always keep up with her monthly challenges and was really enjoying it. The plan is split into 2 6 week sections and you can’t move on to the second until completing the first. I was in the middle of week 6 (of section 1) when I had a new phone. Although the subscription moved to the new phone and I could log in fine, all my progress had been lost including photos and everything I’d filled out on the daily tracker. This also means I have to start the programme from day 1! Incredibly frustrating!

perfect for keeping home workouts fresh & enjoyable!
Love this app, Alice is a great coach!! I find the exercises push me out of my comfort zone and get me to try things I wouldn’t feel confident enough to try if training on my own. I’ve been using the app since June, but prior to this I was following Alice’s Instagram lives and I’ve made more progress doing these than I ever have at the gym. I grew to hate home workouts during the pandemic but training with Alice has completely changed my perspective and I enjoy every second. It’s clear how much work Alice puts into her training programs and keeps all abilities in mind.
The app is easy to use & has really useful features! Worth every penny ☺️

Alice is a ray of sunshine!
Just finished work out 4 of the on demand section of the app! Absolutely loved it, so happy to have established a pattern of working out using the live Instagram workouts over the first 5 months of 2021. Not only do I feel stronger and fitter but I really notice a difference in my mood after each workout.
Now I’ve downloaded the app and I am doing the on demand workouts (same style as the live Instagram workouts). There is so much additional content, from recipes to menstrual tracking. Plus gym workout programs and a complete training guide to do push ups. Thank you Alice for all the free time you’ve given over the past year. I was doing your workouts last spring / summer too. I’m really happy to support the App and continue my strength journey. You are a ray of sunshine!
