Hey I’ve been using this app for 8 months now and out of no where every time I try to copy a link from Instagram then go back to reels reposter to download the video the whole app closes when I try to download a video can y’all please tell me what I’m supposed to do to fix this

We are support only Instagram content as per our app description and App name we don't support any other social media, you can download instagram reels, post, iGTV and stories. Thank you

Went from unreliable to unusable

I’ve had this app for a long time. It’s never been consistently able to perform without crashing or freezing. I used to be able to restart the app, switch to stronger Wi-Fi/data or just wait a bit and it would work, but now it crashes 100% of the time once I paste the URL. It’s no fun to pay for an app that was never reliable in the first place but now doesn’t work. It shouldn’t be a paid app frankly. I fully believe people should be paid for their work but if they aren’t delivering what they promised…it’s a different conversation.

Downloading issues

Was working perfect! Until today.. everytime I go to download A reel it tells me “media not available” please fix this !!! PLEASE FIX IT! I love this app!

Internal Server Error

Purchased the upgrade for no watermark, downloaded three videos, then got this error. App no longer works. Not really worth the $1.99 now.

Update: The videos are not from a private account. I have waited to see if it works again and it still does not work.
