I am paid subscriber and it keeps saying media not found after I just copied the link. I have emailed in about this issue and no response. I even have the latest version!WarrioGoddess

The app was working amazing for my business and I paid for the pro version. I was recommending this app to all my business friends but then I had to cancel my subscription because I can’t even use the app. Everytime I try to download a reel it says “media not found “ every single time. I tried to delete and redownload the app. I tried to find a way to update it. Doesn’t give me and option no where in the App Store or in my setting or on the app to update the app. I’m super disappointed. I hope this issue is fixed too. Seems like I’m not the only one with this issue. Please make your update user friendly or provide instructions somewhere on your app.Show lessLailanis mother

Hi dear please don't download more than 3 reels same times because instagram consider you as bot and stop your request please check after 5 - 6 hours it's working as normal Thank you
