This is great

Great game, well designed. Used to play Othello with my Nan when I was young so this is lovely to play. People giving this a bad rating because they can’t beat the AI is ridiculous. Genuinely nothing wrong with this game at all and I’d highly recommend for anyone wanting to play a classic game on their phones

Great game, love a challenge

I read some reviews and nearly didn’t download it. I did, I played and then I understood that the bad reviews were where users didn’t understand the game. It’s not necessarily a quick play game. When I rushed it, I lost invariably. It’s a thinkers game akin to chess.

Do download it, do play it’s not an easy win and I like that.

Favourite childhood game.

I loved this as a kid, I think you should put refresher tips on it at the beginning or as an option for those who haven’t played it for many years.

Too difficult

Got this as a new game for my son to learn and play but even at the easiest level he is having trouble learning and winning. The plan was to increase the difficulty as he got older but we'll be deleting this app now. I suggest reversi or something like that.

don't ask for reviews this frequently. Othello. Nothing more nothing less. No adds, doesn't ask you to buy a bunch of stuff.

Dear Applesukzz, Thank you so much for your review! We only ask for ratings at most once per app update. Since the app is new, plenty of updates have been coming out recently. This will subside.

Simple play with complex results makes this game a great to dip in and out of

Piccolo is easy to pick up and simple to play. Elegant game play, with some simple to use features makes it easy to learn as the AI increases difficulty. Nice way to pass the time.

Great game!

A very nice implementation of Othello. I used to love Othello growing up, and it’s really nice to get to play it again. The easy AI is quite challenging and completely wrecked me, but I’ll get there!

computer cheats

hi the previous review was right the game cheats, when the black player cant go, it can put another piece down somewhere else instead of the computer having unlimited goes until black can go again. please fix its not fun to loose every game
