how does a company that’s as big as Monoprix have such a terrible App and website? can they not afford it or what exactly? it doesn’t even function well. After you download the app and create an account they tell you to wait 24 hours before you can get a code. Its something that’s automated so how does that even make sense? why do I have to wait 24 hours? so instead of purchasing something right away I have to wait 24 hours and then come back to purchase it. honestly this makes me not wanna even deal with Monoprix in general for not caring about customer service or even making an app that’s user-friendly.MMYK07
