I ordered the “free shoes with subscription” selected the size and color. Just for this clown to say “Hey Austenn, I looked into your account details and can see that you never chose a free products when you signed up. There is a prompt that pops up when you sign up for our membership showing you the products that you are eligible to receive for free. It also states if you do not chose one you forfeit the opportunity to receive a free product. My apologies for any confusion, however that is why you never received the promotional gift.”

I've been waiting over a month for my shoes. I ordered shoes with standard shipping which is 3-9 days. I tried asking how much longer will I have to wait because I’ve already been waiting a month and they said “the shoes may experience longer than normal shipping times.” I tried asking for a refund they denied it to me.
