Good way to start your life at 5am
Positive self-talk is an essential part of my morning routine, complemented by scripture passages from the Bible. I appreciate this practice because the narrator reinforces positive narratives that resonate with me. I have identified and reprogrammed many negative beliefs I once held about myself. I first discovered the concept of self-talk through an audiobook, which led me to purchase the recordings. I've noticed significant improvements in my self-esteem and the way I present myself.
