I bought a cake Sept.19,2024 late in the afternoon at Red Ribbon Concord Branch.. after one day the cake get bad even its refrigerated.. we only have one slices of it.i am expecting to last at least a couple of days in the refrigerator.. what a waste of money..$34.95Cyn$Xxxx
Incomplete order
I ordered 3 boxes of empanadas with 2 packs mamon for pickup but was given only 1 box empanada. Usually when I order empanadas, they don't finish on time so this time I came an hour late so I trusted that the order was ready only to be given incomplete order. I was thinking that the 2boxes was with the mamon so I accepted the order without any questions.Show lessbaditdit

I placed an order to be picked up. Had I known my order was cancelled, I would have not drove out to Henderson for nothing.I drove to red ribbon to pick up my order , and the store red ribbon closed. No one had the decency to call me to inform me. This looks really bad for the business. Red ribbon needs a manager that can do correct business or hired a manager who knows what he or she is doing.
