Do not use the app
No free coffee and I was charged for my order twice. Still haven’t received a refund almost a month later so I’ve had to get my bank involved now. The app is very buggy and barely works, needs better testing before release.Laurencurrie1997

Disappointed
I downloaded the app hoping to get my free coffee as it says everywhere in the shop “download and get your free coffee”
Me: “how do I get my free coffee?” To a staff member.
Staff: “you purchase coffees, cumulate points, and at some points and only then you’ll get your free coffee..”
Me: “oh do I have to buy coffees before I get a coffee for free, because that’s not what it says on here”
Staff:”yes I know but that’s how it works…”

User friendly!
When I visited EL&N cafe I was informed I had to download their new app to process my order! It was very straightforward and user friendly! I also got £5 off my order once I signed up! Great experience!Val@91
Likely selling your data
You can’t order in store like a normal cafe any more as they direct you to the app to order and pay. They insist on your phone number, address, email address, date of birth and bank details to be kept in the app. All to order a coffee. Absolutely nuts and an invasion of privacy.o**li

Exploiting customer data
Outrageous to make this the only possible means of placing and paying for an order. No guest checkout and requirement to enter a lot of personal information. Definitely a commercial decision by the company not focused on delivering a good CX.**n**o
Useless and waist of time
They force me to download the app to order and pay through it , after choosing from the menu I tried to pay .. it didn’t accept my card due my country wasn’t listed there .. I went after to the cashier who was extremely rude and impolite for not using the app !!! Simply I canceled the order and left .. will never go back againShow lessdiman95
