I just paid $100 for these AUC006 Belkin Soundcore ear buds and this app ruined them after a firmware update. This is the last Belkin product I buy.

This app said I needed to update the firmware on my earbuds.
Did that and the right bud just continually blinked and beeped. Got a refund from Belkin but so disappointed!!

This all ruined my headphones
Had to check the reviews to see if others had the same problem and sure enough I was not the only one. After installing the app and doing the “software update” my headphones would not sync and would only play out of one side at a time. Do not download this app if you like your headphones to work.

Product was working fine and became defective the same day after installing the app. Customer support was not able to replace the product.

The belkin website and support pages tell me to use this app to setup my belkin airplay device. It can’t do that.
The app dose not work with earphones
I brought earphones mainly to use them with the app that supports and is suppose to work which it don’t could this be fixed through apple with a update so I can connect the earphones to the app
