Miserable app

Focused entirely on selling with little to no focus on supporting existing customers. Impossible to find tickets. Help agents require a 28 minute hold. You are constantly bombarded with useless popups trying to sell you something. The app just becomes a huge waste of time. You really need to hire decent user interface people to help you design your apps better

i used my two vaild card and taking a picture using my phone, even its very clear, it says poor quality picture?? Dito ano na!?

Confusing and misleading

A visually crowded and non intuitive lay out.
No explanations about 5G (which turns out to be almost non existent)
Confusing and contradictory information about available data allocations instead of one easy to understand progress bar. There are several.
I only give 1 star because I can’t give negative score otherwise this would be minus 5 stars.
In a country where there are brilliant IT professionals it seems this was designed deliberately for confusion and over spending by customers.

Jurassic Park Internet Company

Tried contacting Dito customer services through their app chat.
I don’t know where they recruit from but the guy was as useless as a Chocolate Teapot, reading from his list of pre-set questions which had absolutely no bearing on the issue I was having.
He could not even answer the one question that I was asking.
After a year of fairly decent data speeds your SIM cards are being dumped in the trash, which reflects your staff member’s qualities

DITO WiFi

WiFi in the Cordova Cebu area is terrible and has been for nearly two years. Clearly no investment in improving the service!
