Love DITO but…

DITO is my favorite cell company in the Philippines. I love that the app allows people to use wifi and great promos but the app needs to be updated its really slow. No offense to the company.

Balance

Someone need to test on how to buy data load in your up. Nothing is working since you updated your app. I cannot even see my current balance.

Calls not working

I have two Dito simcards one 0991-7990659 can’t receive and make calls.

Constant SMS

I receive constant SMS from Dito and there is no way to turn it off. I asked at their store and they said they couldnt do it. Always About their stupid free starter SIM card pack.
