Can’t register, can’t change password. One time codes don’t work.
Unable to get the app registered and working after more than 30 minutes. Constantly tells me passwords must be identical when reseting - they are.
Excellent app but no longer functioning
I have used this app many times for a while because the city government contracts with Mobilet for the electronic parking ticket system and because it’s so convenient than searching for the parking ticket dispenser and coins. Not to mention the ability to extend the parking or terminating early for partial reimbursement. So, this app deserved five stars for convenience and ease of use.
However, I have to take four stars away when the app keeps glitching and does not work anymore. I always get the spinning wheel every time I click the button to pay. I have already deleted and reinstalled the app a few times.
Mobilet website does not help at all in resolving the issues with the payment system within the app. Nobody there was responding to my enquiry.
Now, I have contacted the city government to look into terminating the contract with Mobilet or allow PayByPhone as an alternative.
