An app designed for surgeons and operating room personnel that includes: pre-operative meditation, breathing techniques, hand wash timer, and access to the The Mindful Attention Awareness Scale (MAAS). Setup a daily hand washing reminder and a daily mindfulness/breathing reminder. Notifications automatically scheduled for hand washing timer with audible alert at either 3 or 5 minutes.
