Excellent for getting ideas down quickly
This app is a great way to jot down chords and lyric ideas without having to delay that process trying to nail down the performance and sound. The focus is entirely on the writing itself and being able to flesh out the song idea quickly. Love it.Advoir
Life Changing
This is exactly the app that I needed in my life to write music. I have tried every single songwriting app imaginable, and none of them hold a candle to this app. I no longer have to make millions of audio recordings on my voice recording app on the iPhone. Now I can create a song within minutes and I am having so much fun writing new songs every day!Show lessPswurve

Downloaded this to see what it offered and play around with the different features. Very limited if you dont have a subscription, but wasnt going to pay for what seemed like a mediocre app. Come to find out, i checked my bank and was charged by the app anyways AFTER i deleted it!! I contacted Apple about the issue and they refunded me right away.
Now today Ive been charged again and i havent had the app on my phone in two days! Im going to have to contact my bank and get them to block any purchases from these people! This is SUPER SKETCHY so please please please don’t download and have your money taken like i did!Show lessthEsotericSoul

I don’t review apps and I’m not a fan of subscription models. However, this one is worth it and then some. It took one use to get me excited about songwriting again. A legit game changer. If I had to be incredibly greedy I would ask that you guys add a dictionary alongside the rhymes you guys already have. Like holding the word down to get a definition to make sure we’re not being dummies 😂Show lessJANMMR
Super intuitive and easy to draft down songs

Latest Update is Buggy
This latest update is super buggy and making the app almost impossible to use. It’s constantly crashing and keeps sending my songs to the recently deleted section. Are you working on this?Hash sized
Not bad but very limited
Not a bad app but it isn’t cheap and as such, I feel the options are very limited for the price! There is only one main instrument which is piano/synth and you can’t alter the drums or bass presets other than add reverb to it. The mixer tool is very limited too. The tutorials are very minimal. When I record vocal with reverb on, it adds reverb to the whole track and I can’t work out how to not make it so. I hope new versions of the app will address some of this. It’s a nice little app, not worth its price yet in my opinion but could become it with more development.Show lessMazcatt
This app is incredible
Can’t actually believe how easy, simple and perfect it is. It’s clearly created by songwriters and it’s really great to work with. Normally apps like this are confusing but you can pick this up in minutes, really impressed!Tay22454
Amazing for creatives
As a theatre maker I love to add original song to our work, I’m good with lyrics but have not much clue on how to put music together….an app like this allows me to create the sound I want and saves time in front of a real musician highlighting what I want it to be.

By far the best tool I've ever used for songwriting. Once you get past the growing pains of learning the layout and how everything works, it's extremely user intuitive, and even offers some features that expensive DAW's use. Highly recommend the premium membership as well! :)JWright42
