Avoid at all costs
These guys are sneaky and just down right thieves. I’ve had this app since the beginning of its ‘whitelist launch’, been there for all their new features etc. Including the deposit feature that didn’t work in the first week. This is the same feature another app THEY co-marketed with uses and works weekly for me.
Instead of taking responsibility they harassed me until I agreed to a meeting that THEY DIDNT SHOW UP FOR. After the meeting day they just took the money, didn’t send an email call or anything. No record of it missing or anything, support tried to deny they stole it until I showed them proof and then they acknowledged ‘fees would not be showing up in the app’.

Not a good start
I have decided not to move thousands of dollars to a company that hassles it’s potential clients over $25. I was excited to play their blinko game and buy bitcoin in an IRA. I sent a test $15 dollars to their app to make sure all was working while waiting on their transfer team to settle with ETrade. Money went through so I bought $15 in link but then started receiving text that my account was overdrawn and I owed them $25 but as a courteous they lowered from the $75 fee. If they are that concerned about $25 and can’t show me that my account was overdrawn then I can’t get comfortable doing business with this internet company. Guess I will have to look at unchained capital or others that are going to be offering this.
