This was my daughters top gift she requested and the qr scanner doesn’t work
QR Scanner does not work
The toy is a great concept, but the QR scanner does not work and it makes it impossible to see the fairies collected. It is very frustrating and disappointing.
App is completely unresponsive
When you try to take a picture of the fairy nothing shows up on the app app it does not respond at all please fix app it would be super cool to be able to see the fairy’s that were captured on the the app
Obvious missing features
Why would you make a fairy collection app and not have a feature to display your collection? Also, why not also have them integrate into AR/VR QR site…
App crashes, can’t set up
Downloaded the app but can’t make it beyond initial screen. Choosing scan QR or enter app causes crash every time
Doesn’t work
Tried to download this for my lil sister she was so excited to see what kind of fairy she got but unfortunately no matter how hard I tried QR code doesn’t work please find a way to fix this

Scanning not intuitive, filters not ideal
I still can’t tell if scanning the QR on the package/instructions is supposed to do anything. I finally found how you get the fairies’ individual QR codes to show up on the bottle (double tap menu button on the fairy when in collection mode), but even then I could not scan QR codes on high brightness; I had to bring the bottle’s brightness settings down. And it’s frustrating that I have to scan each fairy individually; it would have been better if there was a way to upload the entire bottle’s contents at once. Also I don’t see a way to filter on just displaying fairies you’ve actually collected; that would be a nice feature to add.
