Can scan QR codes
The app is cute but the scanning of the QR codes does NOT work in the app. Tried different angles and lighting.. nothing worked

This is such a fun and cool toy. The app would be amazing if it would scan the QR from the jar to connect with the app. It’s frustrating. My daughter has no interest now sadly…

I bought both of my darughters some fairy’s and when the older one got home of school she was so happy and the little one was super happy they love it
QR scanner doesn’t work
Two different toys, two different phones. QR codes don’t scan. App seems almost useless without this feature.

After trying multiple devices and in multiple light settings, we still can’t get the QR to scan to show her fairies. Very frustrating

I bought two for my girls and we have try everything and we can hear the sound of the QR when we scanned but won’t show anything on the app.

Thought we tried everything. Someone mentioned to scan the plastic packaging first so we will try that after an hour of frustration
