I am trying this at my wife’s request. I will do the best that I can, but I still have my doubts. Either not be able to climax, or not be able to achieve erection, a satisfying sexual experience has been more than 2 years. To say that I am disappointed would be a major understatement. I will however continue as this is what my wife wants me to do

So far so good 😻

I’ve always been curious as to whether an app like this would actually be helpful as throughout my sexually active years I have just randomly practised kegels for no specific amount of time in no particular rythem but only ever when it would cross my mind which was every few days at most. After using Senses I’ve realised that setting aside a few minutes each day and having a reminder set to practice kegels somewhere I won’t be disturbed while using the app to instruct me as to how to hold or when to squeeze or release, helps get me motivated to get kegel-ing 😄 I haven’t had the app for very lqong but I’m already throughly convinced that it is worth getting!!! Happy Kegel-ing everyone!

Using for the first time today

I’ve done these exercises before but never with a set routine. This makes such a difference.
I’ve known full well regarding muscle strength it comes from sets and reps but never did this with these muscles.
It’s makes perfect sense.
Thanks for the great first time.

Couldn't show me the correct content

Signed up as female but all the daily content was aimed at guys and the illustrations was of the male biology! Support tried to help me fix it, but the app function that allows you to edit your own settings just turned and turned, deleted and reinstalled about 30 times to no avail. Support were great, refunded me and gave a code to trial again free but I couldn't bring myself to try again after the negative experience and before I knew it my link had expired.
What I could see looked promising but the gender issue jarred.

If you don’t use it you will lose it

But let’s get real ladies even if you knew what you were doing or did not know at some point in your lifetime, you have done a Keagle and the exercise that I just experienced from this app I can tell that I am going to achieve the best possible outcome from this

A scam app

This app is a scam. You’ll be targeted via instagram, to do a survey leading to a customised plan. This plan while seeming once off, is actually a subscription that renews at 3x the price through a payment gateway based in Cyprus with no easy way to cancel other than lodging a support ticket.

Once signed up the content is completely different to what is advertised, not customised at all. And then you continue to get emails saying “log in to see your plan” - except there isn’t one.

It’s predatory and obviously in hindsight an absolute scam.
