Transcarent is a new, different, and better health and care experience that puts you back in charge of your health and care – in as little as 60 seconds, 24/7, from the palm of your hand. This release includes some enhancements, bug fixes and performance improvements.
The app is a bit temperamental when trying to upload or fill out the questionnaires. If you expect a quick response from the Transcarent team you are going to be disappointed. Their business hours are also difficult to work with, once you get assigned a care coordinator they will not offer much help and will ask you to call the next day until you get in touch with the assigned individual. I have been trying for 3 days and called four times to reach out for help. I finally gave up and decided to do the surgery on my own and deal with the insurance the old fashion way(by calling them and asking for the details of the expense; and guess what what, it went trouble free and they were very nice).
