The car missions

What’s the point of having to use metal to upgrade your car when it doesn’t respawn after you finish a run

Where’s gamepad support?

Not at all like earn to die 1 or 2. Add to that the lack of controller support on a game the App Store claims to work great with controllers and 2 stars is being nice

Started fun until full pay to win

This game has amazing ideas and mechanics. I’d legitimately pay full price for this game were it a console or PC title. But it’s just another free to play game sadly. I am not against micro transactions in mobile games. It helps developers earn money. But this game is by far one of the worst offenders I have ever come across in the whole “pay to win” category. You barely experience the game before you hit twenty brick walls on top of each other that make progression so slow that it destroys every ounce of fun this game should rightly have. I hate it too, cause the prior two Earn to Die games are by far two of my favorite mobile games ever. I hate that this developer is yet another to throw their respect out the window in favor of stealing money from the few whales that have way too much money to care about spending it.

Game is amazing, but ads are a problem.

This game is absolutely amazing. The gameplay loop doesn’t get boring, the progression is relatively friendly to free to play players, and it controls surprisingly well on a touch screen.

So why three stars? The ads. I have always supported game developers having ads on their mobile games. Sure they can be annoying, but it’s a minor annoyance at best. My problem is that like many other mobile game developers, the developers of this one do zero vetting. They happily accept and flood their game with blatant scam ads for “get rich quick” scams and cryptocurrency scams. The day in writing this alone I have seen almost exclusively these types of ads. It is sad and pathetic.

Eh

Was good till I got to stage 8 now it’s impossible to play you randomly get hit for 700 health or a bullet will literally travel around the map to find you it’s a little stupid and the fact they throw packs in the shop to help you win the levels just makes me even more mad just another pay to win game

How to progress?

How on earth am I supposed to progress when I need stuff to upgrade to go further but can't upgrade to reach the stuff I need to upgrade

Bug

Ocular visor legendary crit passive doesn’t work help

Underrated

This is genuinely the best iPad game I have ever played. It’s simple, but so addictive and engaging. There are upgrades that you can buy, but I’ve gotten on just fine by watching ads. Not pay-to-win at all. I really can’t believe that this isn’t one of the most popular iOS games, everything about the playing experience is so satisfying and fun.

Bad form

Locking both modes content behind each other is seriously F’d up especially given the precipitous plateau of gear and the fact that you literally can’t rely on perks given how random they are AND that at a certain point the levels are filled with like 6-8+ flying shooters and a ton of melees to the point you literally can’t do enough damage fast enough regardless of weapon to even ATTEMPT to get out with your health above zero. Even gear perks are oft useless or meh and are locked again behind super rare high value versions you won’t commonly be able to obtain. Driving is annoying too cause you rely on metal from missions(oft ridiculous demanding things you can’t control like perk based kills or crits you have zero control over) to level the car up to go. Also annoying is that money and stuff doesn’t reset when you drive so you can literally gain nothing by driving and random missed stuff becomes impossible to get to 100% the mission and get the gold keys you need badly locked behind 100%ing each drive mission.
