Horrible connectivity issues
I was excited to when I received the scale but logging into there Wyze app is impossible. For reference, I am able to access the internet and all my other apps are running perfectly fine.

Connection issue signing in at all
I have the latest 5G T-Mobile tower. When I install the app, initially upon opening, there was no option to create an account, and I don’t have one. But trying to login at all gave me a connection failure told me to check my connection.
I rebooted my modem. I rebooted my phone. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app three times. I went into my iPhone settings and offloaded the app and then reinstalled it. Nothing will allow me to connect to my phone to even set up this camera. I have not found a single of the 20+ searches. I’ve done with any results. It actually resolve the issue. Not happy at the moment.

Wyze is absolutely fabulous‼️
Every time I have dealt with Wyze I have not had any issues at all, anytime! I have had my Wyze account up also Wyze.com on my phone countless, times & their app has never caused me any complications whatsoever!
