Never Loads
App doesn’t even let you register. I fill out the whole form and the moment I tap “Register” the app literally closes. The middle section of the app where you browse at all the different animations doesn’t load up either. It just spams the message saying “URL Requested timed out”. Just a horrible experience with this app because literally nothing works except for connecting the Bluetooth function.

Hat won’t turn off
I only use the hat a couple of times. I actually got it to do the things I wanted but now I can’t get the hat to turn off. I presses the button attached to the hat but it still won’t turn off. Open to ideas.

Just picked up a t shirt and love it so far , down side is no firm ware update so notAble to make a playlist to consecutively play images in a row of different sets , have to manually change it each time .creating your own is fun with patience, definitely would like to do more if a update is possible

Last update messed up display
The last update has made my display show upside down. Lave tried to find a way to flip it but to no avail.

Unfortunately I am trying to use the playlist function on the app and It keeps saying playlist not available with this firmware which is very poor.

No security anyone can connect to the led screen, poor usage can’t upload gifs easily, poor design software for unique images, no auto off after car turns off, no built in video or gif editor for screen grabs etc
Unable to pair
Was excited to find this app and had high hopes but it just will not pair with my flexible matrix sign. Every time you click on "pair device" it just spins and spins and never actually pairs/connects and then you can't even click on the back arrow, it's like it locks up and you have to completely close the app
