I attempted to use Passkit and Passkit Reader, which ended up eating three months of attempting to work w them and paying $100 for an Apple Developer certificate. Unless you book out over a week, they’ll offer you customer service help only at 11:00 PM and then not turn their camera on and make you wait 20 minutes while they pretend the volume isn’t working. But you only get one 1/2 hr session free, which does nothing to help you. Want to make a birthday coupon and can’t figure out how bc they’re backend is so not user friendly? Well, just make a birthday coupon. Um yeah. That was their solution. Danny admitted that more resources were needed to give direction to someone who didn’t work there. Attempt to get another service call? That’ll be $200 an hour. An hour. Want anymore email help? They’ll argue about how long you should wait for that (not the published average wait time) but they won’t actually help. Mind you, this is after I onboarded clients. Save yourself the trouble and pass on Passkit.
