  • iOS Support Needs Work

    I’ve been using this app for about a year and half. It has worked fairly well but always took a few refreshes to find the Bluetooth dongle. Since my devices upgraded to iOS 16 it can’t find the dongle. Sometimes, if I try a bunch of times and turn off Bluetooth and back on it will find it, but even that only works one out of ten times. Please fix as I like monitoring my solar output. Thank you!
  • Doesn’t work now on iOS 16

    Device connected to IPad and worked well for about a month. Since last update to IOS 16 now it no longer sees the device. The device still works on Android. This app needs fixing for a
    Apple users.
  • Buggy software

    Does not work with Lithium / LFP batteries so if you want only AGM/Lead this is fine otherwise do yourself a favor, and don’t waste your time with EPEVER and get Victron MPpt right away… you can thank me later!
    First of all they continue to have outages and app/ sites don’t work from time to time no rhyme or reason, and it works with WiFi G only so it’s very flaky….
    Usage by date / time - even in early morning, i see it’s showing I have Few KWs of Power when in reality i have had no Sun out yet! Can’t trust this data… not good!

  • Not able to set up account

    I have tried several times to set up an account it will not except information for account They are supposed to send a confirmation email which never gets sent i have found that several people have had this problem and appears to be no fix for it if you can’t set up the account you can’t use the cloud if this can be fixed would be nice to have it thank you

    Software functionality has returned on my iPhone, Yeah!!!

    Update 7/22 v3.0.7 Still flakey! It still cannot remember the device you use, but that’s only an issue if it gets that far. V3.0.7 simply hangs at the logo screen on my iphone 7+. Some good info if it works! (Older) The software cannot remember the type of device in use. With the latest upgrade, the software simply crashes. Tech support online option puts you into a loop with no way to request assistance.

    Hi, are you using local mode? If yes, it needs to be reconnected every time. You can also use the WIFI module to go to the cloud with one key, which can realize remote monitoring without connecting the device every time.   • Recent update is a failure

    Back down a star even with relatively quick support. Would up the rating if the wifi dongle stays connected. The wifi adapter is a dumpster fire. Each update breaks something else. It stays connected for a week or so, then disconnects and can’t be reconnected. Won’t reconnect at all now even after following support steps. If only their app team was as good as their case designers.

    Hello, if you successfully use WIFI to connect to the cloud and do not change the home WIFI password, you can keep the device online all the time. If you change the home WIFI password halfway, the device will be disconnected and cannot communicate.     Hello, please check whether the WIFI network of your router is normal. If you change the WIFI password, please reset your WIFI module and add it to the cloud again, thank you

    Software is a little quirky but once you get used to it, provides the solar and battery information needed.
  • App doesn't work after update

    The app sees my Bluetooth module but won't connect anymore.
