WTH!
Every single time I watch an ad to earn gold or increase gold earnings in this game, as soon as the ad stops playing and I “X” out of it at the end, the game crashes and exits to my phone screen. When I load back into the game, not only have I not increased my earnings, whatever amount I had originally earned, if applicable, was lost as well. This goes for gold earned by winning a battle, gold offered for free for watching an ad in the “shop” screen and every other way of gaining gold I’ve found in the game. I have no problems with any of the other hundreds of apps I have on my phone, but not once have I been able to watch an ad on this game without the game crashing right as the ad disappears and the game tries to start up again. This appears to be an issue with the game itself, not the phone or the ads, and it only occurs when it’s supposed to give you increased gold. Not cool!Show lessStephanie5170

I was playing tennis champs with my friend and we stumbled upon this masterpiece of a game after we finished playing against each other. As a joke we thought it would be funny to download the game and ironically it turned out to be very fun. I did not expect this level of entertainment from such a mediocre looking ad but to my surprise this game is some of the most fun I’ve had playing a mobile game. I strongly recommend that people try and play this game because looks may be deceiving. In life you may not always expect what comes next and you always have to be open to opportunities. In conclusion my hypothesis was misguided by the stereotypes that this genre of game follows and I hope that in the future people will be more insightful to ads about random genres of games. This game is essentially ad-watching with some short breaks of game playing in between. The game is nothing special, you gain cards that represent warriors, that you combine and make stronger with additional cards that are purchased with in-game currency. The problem is that you are very, very quickly forced to watch ads to gain enough gold to buy these cards. This game is a thinly disguised revenue cow that relies on you watching ads rather than enjoying a good game and compelling you to support a developer that cares about their product and the players. Skip it and try any other game in the App Store. It will still have the same premise towards profiting off you being mentally bombarded with never ending sales pitches from developers goading you into downloading their app with false videos of their games, but it will likely be hidden marginally better.Show lessItsSchiz

I’ve been playing the is game a lot lately. I really like the concept and overall it is really fun. The troops have good variety and really cool designs. A couple things I would change would be some improvements when editing your barracks. I’m having to dig through to find the 1 star troops so I can replace them. You have to hold, not tap on them so I’m having to hold my finger and move it over slightly so I can actually see the star rating. Second, some boss fights can be very annoying. A simple fix for this was to make bosses drop more gold. I’m currently stuck on a boss and I’ve fought it probably 50 times. To get 1 more troop I need to battle it 15 times…..it get’s old. However, once I beat it, I’ll go back to the more fun fights.Show lessHello82749

Let me first say that this game is fairly fun. A good time waster if nothing else.
However, I’ve been stuck on a boss battle for a long time (Battle of the Bulge Boss) and nothing I do will come even close to beating him. I’ve watched hundreds of ads during this game to get x3 cash and have been watching ads on the challenges to replay and get as many coins to get more cards and level up troops. I’ve even worked on offers to get gems to buy high level cards. Nothing works though as this boss one shots everything really quickly so it is impossible to beat him.
I’m fairly certain I could spend $500 to buy cards and still not beat this boss. Such a scam. I recommend NOT to play this game!Show lessMaeli28

This game is chock full of ads I like the game, but if most of the time spent playing is 80% ads what’s the point? I bought the no ads between levels pack, guess what? Every 5 levels there’s a random pop up ad that takes 35-45 seconds to load through, you can close the app and play the level again that’s really the only choice. I bought another item in the store, the store says if you buy something in the store there will no random pop up ads, guess what? It’s still random pop up ads. PS the ads are mental torture and don’t actually even do any kind of job advertising the mobile games their promoting, losing my mind.Show lessSafe_Ali

Had about 750 words written but when I wanted t confirm something I game, progress deleted, so I’m just going to sum up what I said
Wishes for improvements:
Add back in forge, impassible to progress last boss fights without battle totem
Troops get stuck in frontline if tapped before you load into the battle (hard to explain, get put in the spot where only forge items should be able to go in)

This is a great game to play when you’re bored and is the best of this genre.
For creators: only negative thing I could say is I wish you had the option to reverse the progression of units skin/look, I would rather see Achilles or Vikings look the way they do than shiny and no detail. Maybe have them start grey and go through colors before maxing out as their original true look. Fun game but too many ads that don’t count
I like the game, and it is fun. I don’t even mind watching the ads…until an ad pops up that has a timer that counts down from 5 in the corner. Any ad that has this will not count as an ad. It does not matter if you click on the X or the skip button that pops up right away, or if you watch the entire ad and then click. They simply do not count as you watching the ad at all. And it’s not once or twice and mixed in with other ads. Sometimes it will play one of these over and over and over. I’ve had it happen several times with at least 10 in a row, without it counting as watching an ad. My record is 17 times in a row, that I clicked “watch ad”, and had one of these 5 second countdown ads pop up, and no matter how long I watched, or how many times, have it count for nothing. I’ve never had this problem with the normal length ads. This hasn’t just happened a few times. This is hundreds of times since I started playing.Show lessHughsuk Phoolz
