Great game, too many ads
Game is great, very addicting, but I find my self having to turn off my wifi to be able to play, otherwise I get an add every 10 seconds, and theyre very difficult to click out of, and cause the game to lag, making each add take over 2 minutes to get past, game is fun and very addicting though, just too many adsShow lessJacobC669
Ruined by Ads
It’s really a shame. The game is fun, and I’m sorta fine with the ads (I understand that it’s required for a free app). But when you’re required to watch an ad (for triple points, to spin the wheel, to get gold - whatever), 9 times out of 10 it freezes. Either I can’t click the X after watching the ad, the ad stays black the entire time, or I can’t even click the button to kick off the ad. I know it registers my taps because I see the button highlight, but nothing happens. Considering ads are so critical to this game working smoothly, this should be the component that works *most* effectively, not least.Show lessRandomNickname74574
Incredibly Fun!
This game seemed fun the second I read the description!
When I started playing I loved the cutscene at the start and how I would guess the goal of the game is to beat that boss!

Ok Hit lvl 3000, Now what?
So the game is great fun and upgrading is addictive and satisfying. My army is all lvl 8/7/6 w/ 1 lvl 9 sabertooth and then i hit level 3000 and its over? All i can do is replay it for a measly 6233 coins? Are you serious? You have plans on here for such and such amount of money per year but the game takes 2-3 months to beat and then theres no more variety or challenge at all? How about some procedurally generated levels that scale with the level of your army? How about a new game + where you start over and its much more challenging? Or make it so you get more coins and rewards bases on how few warriors you use to win? Something? Anything? Until there’s an update expanding the endgame in some way its kind of a waste of time and money if you spend any.Show lessMCO94

This game is so much fun! After playing animal warfare, I decided to give this version a try, and I have no regrets! this game is very well made, except the AI could use a little work. When I was fighting a boss about 3/4 of my army’s AI glitched and they were having a lot of trouble attacking the boss, and basically just walked around him, like they were trying to find a spot to hit. Very fun and addicting however..
This game from the jump has you addicted, it’s very fun, progressing through levels and upgrading your characters brings a satisfying reward from putting in time and effort. I have 2 complaints. The first being that recently I played the game for a few hours, only to notice the next time I logged on I lost every unit and upgrade I earned, but I got none of my in game currency back that I spent on those units. I noticed my Mammoth was white before I left, I believe it was a level 4. Then it turned back to a brown level three when I returned, many of my units down graded, also, I left on level 148, and when I returned it booted me back to level 110. My second complaint is the A.I. has a hard time moving around the maps especially when you have a lot of units at play. This oftentimes leads to a loss when you should’ve won based on power and positioning. I hope the issue with the game saving itself fixes soon, as well as the AI movement. Aside from that it’s a solid and fun game, it’s very casual and easy to play. And like i said, very addicting. Which adds to the disappointment of losing your hard work.Show lessbendyomamaover69

The game is a great concept but it’s super buggy. I’m a couple hours into playing and I unlock the ballistas. After about 20 minutes I notice them just lallygagging around in the back of the formation. I tried so many times to rearrange my formations to see if maybe the hit boxes were overlapping or something but they just don’t work. What’s more is sometimes my troops just walk around in the area of the enemy troops and then just leave. I can’t tell you how many battles I’ve lost just because only about a quarter of my troops are actually fighting. Again, great concept but poor executionShow lessNinja run2
What a great procrastinating tool.
This game is fun, I have only played it for 2 days an already I’m way ahead. This is not a pay to win game like most games are. One thing that drops it in rating is that the game lags out to much and I often have to restart it, as well as the fact that yes adds are a small problem to.K1N9M4NN
Another great game.
Playside makes amazing games. Easy game play, quick tutorials and short ads. It’s worth it to watch them if you want more gold and to advance quicker!!
I also play Animal Simulator another great game if you’re into animal armies which is a lot more fun than it sounds!! This is shaping up to be just as amazing!!!Show lesslani's husband.
Fun but needs work
So i’ll start off by saying this is a fun little casual game. satisfying graphics, more or less historically accurate (as in the troop design) and is just quite simply a well rounded game. my biggest issue is that many times you will lose battles because some of your troops go completely stupid and have awful pathing and target allocation. sometimes rearranging your layout will help (but never completely) and other times they continue to stutter in a seizing manner or just play ping pong with their eyes and do nothing to contribute. it’s a little annoying but at the end of the day the game is pretty fun
edit: would love it the dev team could explore the possibility of a sandbox mode!!Show lessEpickbob
