Issues Have Been Fixed
While I was skeptical to download this app due to the slew of negative reviews I did so anyway so I could at least update my OnePlus Buds Pro 2. I was presently surprised to find that all of the issues reviewers had written about are fixed (at least for me). Connection was quick, easy, and the app stayed connected. Updating the earbuds was quick and painless. Also the reviews complaining about the lack of EQ customization seem to be outdated. As there was a tab with a small selection of premade EQ balances and the option to create my own personal balances preset. Overall everything I wanted and needed was in the app and it seems the company has fixed previous issues.Show lessFajardo7

Does not Connect with my OnePlus Buds Ace
I bought a pair of one plus buds and thought it would connect. However, later I found out that it doesn’t pair with one plus buds ace or nods buds 2 or nord buds etc. Only a selective few models are supported. This is a very disappointing and unsatisfactory customer service. If the app does not support all types of buds , you should have written that in the description of the app!!Show lessPratick72
