Selection is Amazing Lousy Computer Service!!
I tried to use my HSA card to purchase glasses but not realizing this wouldn’t work. It didn’t accept this form of payment (it is after all a debit card) rather than giving me the option to enter another form of payment it kicked my whole order out emptied my cart and put me back at the Home Screen. That’s not how you do business!

So I got the app, it sit down on me 3 times without warning. It won’t save pictures for try on feature had to retake multiple times. And can not choose prescription for order have to re-enter and prescription required not available in some frames and sunglasses

Had a lot of problems finalizing after putting in prescription-had to redo 3 times before it took so l could complete.
Refund
This order is suppose to 50% off because it’s on a refund.

They have such a great variety of glasses so many choices and vibrant I love this sight
Great glasses, horrible app
Love my frames!!! Quality lenses. But the app boots me out on the regular which makes it impossible to browse frames without going crazy (starting scrolling at the beginning again)
