I’m hooked!

I just received my first pair of glasses and they’re fantastic! I like them every bit as much as glasses I’ve paid $500+ for. In fact, I like them so much I have ordered two more pairs! The cumulative total is about as much as I used to pay for a single frame without lenses. I love that I can order fun glasses without guilt. I can change my frames with the season, my outfit or my mood.

Having a nightmare with this app!

The app is hardly working. Been trying to put my prescription in for an hour. It doesn’t explain the different options for lenses very well. I want a bifocal lense for reading and I don’t need a prescription for the upper part of the lense but it won’t let me do that. The back button isn’t working properly so navigating the app is frustrating. I was so ready to order but I’ve given up now.

Dear user, the problem you reported about the inability to fill the prescription and the bifocal lens does exist. Because we do not currently support bifocal lenses, your prescription cannot be entered. My sincere apologies again
