Key workers Key worker roles allow you to identify and locate employees responsible for essential activities in your workplace, such as Fire Marshals, First Aiders, and Mental Health First Aiders. Use the 'Find your team' feature in the 'Your team' tab to quickly locate colleagues in specific key worker roles. When a role is selected, the application will display a list of key workers at your default location for the upcoming two weeks. You can also view their locations on the Personal spaces floor plan. Intelligent booking - Push notification The mobile app will send a push notification to users assigned a Personal space through 'Intelligent Booking,' notifying them of the space they've been allocated. Tapping the notification will open the app, where they can view the space on a floor plan.

Hotfix for login issues for customers on older versions of the Condeco web application

Floor plans can now be viewed when booking Meeting spaces and users can see existing meeting space bookings from a floor plan view. Further enhancements to booking slot logic have been applied. Privacy policy added to User profile.

Current working status of 'Your Team' - The 'Your Team' page has been updated to display each team member's assigned avatar color, their initials, and their status for the current day. Push notifications - The Condeco mobile app now supports push notifications. The first notification feature will automatically check users into their personal spaces when they enter a building, provided they have ACS integration enabled.

What’s New? In this release, we've added 'Team Day' alerts for organizers booking fewer desks than invitees and enhanced the ‘offline’ warning displayed to end users. Users are now warned if their phone no longer has an active internet connection when interacting with the application in various different scenarios with a single banner warning. Team Days organizers are now warned if they have selected less workspaces than the number of attendees they have invited to their Team Days event.
