When you log into the app you need to choose 1 default location etc before you can continue although the screen advises this information is “optional”. No data is provided for you to choose and you cannot type the information yourself. So choose continue and the app just hangs. Would be great to see this bug fixed so we can use the app again like previously.

Terrible
This is the biggest piece of junk my company has put money into in the 25 years I’ve worked for them.
Latest release doesn’t work
Upgraded to latest release today and when I log on all I get is a flashing blue blob! Please sort this glitch out as it’s pointless making these releases if the users can’t log in.
Terrible
Supposed to use for work but a terrible app on the iPhone. Worked for a week and then couldn’t log in anymore. So back to using just desktop which is also pretty dire. Made work even less productive regarding working out what random desk I’ll be at each day. I instead have a make a manual note of where I am and take a photo of where that is on the office map (it’s a big randomnly laid out office building). God knows why my company pays for this. Shocking.

Can’t get past default settings screen
This app is useful when it works. This same issue occurred in a previous version and is now back. The UI does not allow you to input defaults and won’t let you continue to the app without doing so. Have to go use the website to reserve a work space now. Do you guys test your app on iPhones?? Arg!

No longer working
Whenever I open up the app on my mobile I get a security alert. This alert indicates that the app cannot be used on jailbroken devices. My mobile has never been and never will be jailbroken, so I can only assume that the latest update (4.2) which took place a week ago is the cause of this. Needs rectifying fast.

Faulty app complains it’s on a jailbroken device
Broken since Sep 2023. Have changed phones, multiple re-installs, restarts, tried removing from all devices to force any data that might be saved to iCloud to be flushed.
Everytime I launch now. “This appears to be running on a jailbroken device”. IT is NOT running on a jailbroken device. Fix or replace this “feature” please! 🙏

Crashes every time
I have yet to be able to successfully use this app. It crashes every time I attempt to use it; even after reinstalling several times.
Rarely works
This is probably one of the worst apps I’ve ever use; both in terms of UI and the constant bugs I encounter. Every time I need to use this app it feels like a chore because I don’t know whether it’s going to work or not; it crashes at random times or when trying to use autofill during login in, or sometimes it simply never loads. AWFUL experience, get it together developers.
