Failed to book a space
Failed to book a space for the important event. After almost half a minute searching progress indicator app gave me “no internet connection” message five times for five retries. And now there’s no spaces available anymore.
Where do these 5-star reviews come from?
Sure, it mostly enables me to book my desk. I say mostly because I am on the App Store again today reinstalling it.
It is slow, poorly designed, feature poor, and needs regular reinstalls to work. I can only assume the 5-star reviews come from bosses who want to stalk their staff but don’t need to book their own desks, or IT bods who don’t need any features.

Inaccurate Bookings
Repeatedly get errors when trying to book stating I’ve reached my maximum bookings, which is incorrect as I do not have any. Makes the app unusable
Very frustrating experience with this app
I’ve been a daily user of the software for over a year now. My experience is not good. Despite multiple reboots, removals and reinstalls of the app, the only thing that seems to fix the daily problems is to login to the desktop app and then magically the app works again.
These repeated daily failing include having to go through full windows login multiple times just to be able to check in to a desk; auto check-in never having worked; to finally this morning’s fiasco of being told to select my default country - yet not allowing me to select a single country or bypass the screen. Once again, logging into the desktop app has caused the app to work again. Well, for today at least….
This all points to inadequate regression testing but ultimately leads to a very frustrating user experience.

My phone is not jailbroken
The app has a bug and stopped working today. Every time I launch it I get an error which says that jailbroken devices are not supported. My new phone is not jailbroken. Please fix this bug ASAP!
good but auto sign out is an issue
The app is quite clean and functional which is nice, but the auto sign out feature makes this quite difficult and infeasible to use. Unfortunately my email is not accessible on my phone which means I need to take out my laptop to login to the app which is a bit of an issue when trying to book seats / find seats

My phone is not jailbroken
App stopped working today. Every time I launch it I get an error saying that jailbroken devices are not supported. My phone is not jailbroken.

Difficult, challenging, not entirely useful. Would not recommend
Too many Authentication request.
The tool is nice but it keeps asking for credentials every time I use it.

What’s the point of having a mobile app if I have to be logged into my work email to use it. I might as well just book while I’m logged in at work and save myself yet another app on my phone
