No longer works
I had it and it was amazing. Suddenly it stopped pairing and working with the app. It won’t allow me to log in and also gives me a message in Chinese.

Need to change my password
I can’t read Chinese/ Japanese, so when I try to put in my password, it comes up with something in a foreign language….why can’t I log-in????
Crappy app
This app is the worst!!!! It’s forcing me to login in order to do any customization but when try it gives me a “system error” message. On top of it, it just erased all of my historical data. This is absurd since we use this to track our health!
Locked out of app
App suddenly logged out after 6 months of using my t daily. Won’t recognise my original log in so I tried registering with an alternative email address but that wouldn’t work either so now I’m stuck with a watch that I can’t track
Cannot Login
I was logged out of my app and can no longer log back into it. When i try it says “System busy, try again later”. I’ve tried restarting my phone, undownloading then redownloading the app and even resting my watch to no avail. Can figure out how to get of the company or any customer support. Before this the app was great!

It was great
It was great until yesterday. The app kicked me out and I can’t log in. I’ve even tried requesting to change the password but the doesn’t work either. Unusable!!!
Password reset
Tried to reset password, something in Chinese comes up and I never received the email. Tried several times. Even tried to register with another email, same message in Chinese comes up.
Was happy with it until daylight savings
This app and watch worked great for months. It connected well to the app and I was able to see the data from my watch on my phone and make edits to the watch from the app.
Daylight savings came and the clocks went back an hour and I noticed that the watch didn’t automatically update. I went to the app to try to correct this and the app had logged me out and asked me to log back in.
I entered my password which gave me an error in an asian language I could not read. So I tried to reset my password. It would not send me an email to change the password and again gave me an Asian error code.
I then tried to create a new account with another email address and it gave me another error.
I factory reset the watch thinking that was the trouble and again it wouldn’t connect and now I am stuck with the generic screen and I cannot change anything.

The app is unusable
It won’t let me login even though I have registered with the site. Chinese characters come up when I try to login and I don’t understand what they mean.
Bad update!
Since the update, my watch changed its own watch face and my app logged me out and won’t sign me back in! So now I’ve got a wasted watch! This needs sorting! I have tried to forget my password for it not to send an email for a code! And to say something in Chinese which I don’t understand!
