Where my refund
Didn’t read the reviews at first u til afterwards. I made a payment twice because my payment got refunded when I tried paying early and I got the money. Once I saw the money in my account the day of my payment did it and it said it was an error. I panicked thinking I’m gonna have my first payment late so I did it a second time with WiFi connected did the same. I’ve contacted them over the phone and email said I was gonna get my money 3-5 business days…. It’s been almost 2 weeks and yet I haven’t gotten my money and I’m late on bills. They give me the same excuse “soon”. Today apparently was reimbursed but nothing. Don’t download

App doesn’t work well
App is always down therefore payments don’t go through leaving you with a late payment. Also, when you call to pay over the phone- the app still charges you when it’s finally back up. No apologies from the company either, as of ours your fault. Just horrible.
