Needs a miracle of improvement
I'm trying to book an appointment and it used to take me to the web scheduling where it would never have the exact reason I needed an appointment and no option that came close, finally it's letting me book from the app but it's not. I'm trying to find a local clinic and it's giving me 12 options for centers I've never heard of and even when I try to select telehealth and look at a specific doctor's schedule (cause who wouldn't want to pick a specific one instead of viewing every possible appointment at once) it tells me to select a reason for the visit. Problem 1: that was the entire problem of booking on the web, problem 2: there is absolutely no place that asks for the reason.Show lessAximatic
Doesn’t even work.
soooo fed up with this app. it never remembers my password, so i’ve been locked out and had to reset it multiple times. even when i DO get to signing in, the app tells me i have 0 scheduled appointments, 0 past visits, further meaning i have 0 updates and past records that should be tied with my account— and to top it off, it won’t even let me choose a location close to me to select as my clinic.
^ NONE of this makes sense, because my email is linked to both my account and patient portal stored within pph’s systems. i’ve gone to my own clinic, multiple times, asking why the app doesn’t show any of my information, and all i’ve received is shrugs, “i don’t know”s and “i’m not sure”s. insanely bothersome and i’ve found 0 solutions.
please, fix this app. i would very much like to see my own health information when i get their updates. thank you.Show lesstylergrifffo

What I don’t like about it is the dumb security question and stuff I couldn’t get past that cause apparently my questions and stuff weren’t good enough so i jus stopped and deleted itJolise.
Doesn’t cover Seattle!
I downloaded this and set up my account, and apparently Seattle isn’t covered!
