I can’t seem to connect the WebDAV via the app on my iPad mini im using a seagate personal cloud nas. I can access it from a browser and another file explorer but your app just sits in loadingmrbenn90

I needed an app to turn an old iPad into a slideshow / digital frame. There are a lot of photos / they won’t fit on the local storage of the old iPad. Set this app up to view the share on my nas, indexed and it worked like a champ. I am having a small issue now where the no WiFi icon is showing up but it continues to play and restarting the app seems to clear it.Show lessrowley613

Thank you very much Rowley! Regarding the no WiFi symbol, it might be that the iPad has a weak wifi reception and/or that the NAS doesn't answers quickly and then the app goes into offline mode.Great Picture Slideshow app for iPad

Thanks Mischa for your creative app for Synology NAS users. I have been searching for random photo application and found your app. It has been two weeks and our family is reliving our memories for many years. I have more than 100k photos in my collection.

Have an old iPad 3 that is now a picture frame, Pixette works great pulling the photos from my Synology NAS. Made an iPadFrame folder and dumped my favourite 2000 photos into it; just added another 20 and they are now appearing; hated having to sync to the cloud or take the iPad out of the frame and update it. Much easier this way! Thanks for a great app!Show lessiNSH

I installed Pixette a few months ago on my old iPad and it’s been a lot of fun to see all my old pictures come alive. In fact, I liked it so much that I bought another secondhand iPad just to have the slideshow in two rooms. Hunted for ages to find this app!
It was such a simple thing - use my iPad as an automated viewer for the hundreds of photos and vids on my NAS. But until this app nothing would do it - lots claim to - but connecting would prove impossible.
Even with this you have to be careful to get the WebDAV connection just right - use port 5006 and use both upper and lower case if needed. The instructions weren't easy to find,but that is my only grumble. Once connected it runs perfectly.Show lessRosVonKatt

Thank you very much for your feedback! The next step is definitely to simplify the connexion to the NAS ;-) UPDATE 28.04: I added now the possibility to browse through your NAS folders and select the right folder. I'm sure this facilitates the initial connexion setup.
