Another issue is their inconsistent billing; they often charge a day or two after the stated payment due date. In instances where the payment method is declined, I find myself having to reach out to them to resolve the issue. A significant drawback of the app is its lack of a manual payment option, which is quite unusual and inconvenient. Ideally, apps should simplify processes, but this one has only added complexity.
Many customers, myself included, prefer the flexibility to pay before the due date, but according to their support team, due to automatic bank charges, this isn’t possible. I’m currently obliged to use this ineffective app and am extremely dissatisfied with Nutiliti.
However, I must acknowledge that their customer service is highly responsive, which is the sole reason I’ve rated them two stars.
