Not always helpful

I’ve only recently been diagnosed with ME and trying to get my head around energy management.
I haven’t yet found an app that I find helpful. I like this one BUT, it glitches quite a fair bit and I hate that I can’t edit something if I make a mistake when tracking. As a result I have deleted the app. Until a function that enables the user to delete or adjust the energy when entered in correctly it doesn’t seem helpful. ME can cause confusion, brain fog and other cognitive issues, with that in mind it’s easy to make a mistake

Would be 5 star if

I downloaded this app today set all my gains and losses etc filled in the tracker as I was going got to 5 pm and it just crashed and now opens I get the start screen and crashes again. I’m trying to avoid the crashes please sort this as it looks like a brilliant app.

Fantastic

Use to monitor my fibromyalgia. Great tool! Can sometimes be glitchy when trying to go back and edit but no Update available to correct

A great app to help, with the same problem as me!

I love this app, it’s so handy to work out what’s making you crash. The only problem is, it crashes too! 😭

Great concept

Such a good concept, but my app stopped working the second day. I lost everything I’d worked on

A bit overwhelming

I like the concept of the app. However, I think there’s some definite improvements. I, for one do not really have any neutral activities and we should be taking into consideration changing baseline. Those activities might be neutral in that moment for me, but might not be later. I would love to see that incorporated somehow. It is also a little bit overwhelming too when cognitively exhausted to know or think about how many hours were used and be able to convert them to spoons, so maybe some tips on how to do this would be helpful for people, or changing to some kind of day hour tracking system like in the app bearable; where they use a rating system of severity of like mild, moderate, severe, to very severe throughout the day.

Really Useful

This app has really helped to keep track of my activities and energy use. It encourages me to rest and do meditation and relaxing activities to conserve my energy. I feel less guilty ‘doing nothing’ as I can clearly see that it’s what I need to keep me from crashes and PEM.

Unfortunately not for me

I just downloaded the app and I got as far as the first question which asks you to choose neutral activities, ie, those activities which neither tire you or rest you. I don’t think I have any neutral activities. Everything that doesn’t rest me tires me. But I have severe ME/CFS and the app does say it’s not designed for that level of illness. So I guess it makes sense that it’s not suitable for me.
However it looks like a good app and I think it would be helpful for others who have more capacity than me.

Can’t use it

On the intro pages, the “skip” link covers up the lower few rows of words - they are unreadable.

On the examples for weighting. There is no way to get off the page. The bottom of the page is gone.

Can’t get past the set ups

Screen is frozen on setting activities that take energy. Won’t scroll past instructions!
