Very disappointing
I made two purchases adding up to 350 for shirts to start my new job as a preschool teacher and I ordered them a month ago and still haven’t received them and anytime I get on there site facebooks it’s says sorry email this person gives me a different email each time and I really wanted my shirts now unless I receive my ones I wouldn’t buy anythingKayla DeIvernois

Poor customer service.
I never take time to review even when something is wrong. However, I order multiple things and they left out a sweat shirt. No big deal. I emailed customer service to let them know what happened I told them I just either still wanted the sweatshirt or a refund. But either was fine. They responded pretty quickly the first time and asked for a picture of my packing label….. I sent it. Then no reply. I emailed MULTIPLE times wanting an update. It’s been months now, still no reply. And Its honestly just the principle at this point. I paid for something that I didn’t receive. No apology, no effort to make it right. Nothing. Just ignored. I love all the things they offer but will never order again.Adanner1026
