  • Very disappointing

    I made two purchases adding up to 350 for shirts to start my new job as a preschool teacher and I ordered them a month ago and still haven’t received them and anytime I get on there site facebooks it’s says sorry email this person gives me a different email each time and I really wanted my shirts now unless I receive my ones I wouldn’t buy anything

    Do not order from here. I ordered shirts and did not receive anything. Their email they provide does not work and have emailed a different email.
  • Poor customer service.

    I never take time to review even when something is wrong. However, I order multiple things and they left out a sweat shirt. No big deal. I emailed customer service to let them know what happened I told them I just either still wanted the sweatshirt or a refund. But either was fine. They responded pretty quickly the first time and asked for a picture of my packing label….. I sent it. Then no reply. I emailed MULTIPLE times wanting an update. It’s been months now, still no reply. And Its honestly just the principle at this point. I paid for something that I didn’t receive. No apology, no effort to make it right. Nothing. Just ignored. I love all the things they offer but will never order again.
  • Lack of Customer Service

    I’ve ordered through the app and on Facebook a few times now and each time has been an issue. I tried more than once hoping it would be better each time. Your only choice is to email for customer service and responses are slow, just like shipping times. Yes, the shirts are cute and cheap, but you pay for that by waiting forever for items. This last time I ordered was through a Facebook post of theirs for a holiday shirt that they claimed to be mailing out the next day in time for holiday arrival. They created a shipping label after I paid my PayPal invoice immediately. They left off my entire street address (unbeknownst to me) and the package got to my city and was returned to sender due to being undeliverable, as the street address was blank. I had to contact them for information on why USPS returned to sender. I was told it was returned due to “wrong address” and I would have to pay shipping AGAIN to get my item back to me. When I asked for a photo of the shipping label, I just got a written response where they obviously left off the entire street address and still insist that I pay shipping to get my item and fix their mistake. Now how did they place a label and not realize the address was inaccurate?! That will be my last attempt at trying to have a good experience with this company.

    Ordered 2 shirts from them before Christmas of 2023. I mistakenly put in the wrong 3 digit CCU code from my debit card so my card was declined, no biggie because that part was my fault. I received a text message and an email from my bank saying that the charge was not successful and blocked due to the wrong CCU code. So I put my card info in this time with the correct CCU, order was submitted fine this time. But to my surprise, both the orders went through on their end and to my confusion, I was charged twice, how they were able to bypass the bank’s blocked charge, I have no idea and super sketchy. So I emailed them to explain the issue and they were very short with me and said they’d refund me. But what I guess they meant was they’d NOT refund my bank, they’d only issue a store credit. Super sketchy again because my bank said it was odd they bypassed the blocked charge to begin with. So after reaching out to them in comments, Facebook messenger, and email. They claimed they weren’t receiving the emails and blah blah blah, even though it was the same email they had used to tell me they were “refunding” me. Once I received the 2 shirts I ordered, one of the shirts that happened to be a Christmas shirt, had noticeable defects. Of course I immediately sent pictures to them, of course no reply to my issues. Their Facebook page doesn’t allow reviews, that should be your warning. Especially since they are a warehouse boutique, no storefront. They’ve made local news about their operations and yet they are still in business. Thankfully my bank took care of the issue and I was refunded my money. I’m hoping to save others the trouble and just stay clear of this “Mason Grace Froggs and Frills boutique” of Ozark owned by Haley Stevens.
  • Runnnnnnnnn!! Don’t buy here!!

    They have cute shirts but DO NOT give them your business. I have placed 3 orders cause I’m like ok maybe it was a fluke. It’s not problems with all 3 orders. It has gotten worse every time.
    The first it was just delayed a few days.
    The second time I ordered 3 shirts. They sent me one wrong initials, one completely blank. They did send the right ones eventually but I had to wait for them to be re done and shipped. My last order took 40 business days. That is not counting weekends or holidays. I have sent over 5 emails with no answer to any of them. I have even left a comment on their Facebook. Nothing. I looked at their reviews and BBB. All kinds of problems. Run away!!! It is not worth the trouble they cause. If you don’t believe me look at other reviews or the better business bureau. Yikes! I deleted them off my Facebook so I would never be tempted with a good price or cute shirt ever again.
  • AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

    I placed an order March 18th and was told it would be anywhere from 16-18 business days. Since then I have emailed them multiple times with no response it has been WELL over the time frame for my items to ship. I get on Facebook and leave a comment trying to get a response and they block me immediately. Do not buy from this company unless you like being scammed!

    At this point they don't even deserve a one star from me. I have never been treated so poorly from a business with the lack of professionalism. I emailed a couple of times to inquire about my order. I received 1 email in return from Haley Steven's. After a reply back to the email, no response nor communication. Instead I get blocked on social media for asking for a response to my email and my entire account was deleted. They refunded me on an item that was suppose to be "Mommy and Me" order and I didn't ask for a refund on that item.
    However, I ordered a St. Patrick's shirt that never arrived in time (or better yet at all) so I wasted money on that. The frustration I feel with this company is beyond me. If this is how they treat their costumers, I feel like they shouldn't be in business what so over. If I had the option to show screenshots of my proof I would.
  • STAY AWAY!

    It took over a month to get a response for help on an order refund. I emailed daily and never got a reply until I posted on their Facebook page
    Complaining. That got my comments deleted and then eventually blocked. They used my old account from years ago with an email I didn’t have access to instead of the one I was currently using, and blamed me for the issue. When I went to use my “store credit” it wasn’t there. I asked for help. The help I got was an ugly email, blocked from their facebook page, and finally a refund to my bank account after I threatened to report fraud to my bank. I was even blocked from their app here until I logged in on a friends account and realized it. Please stay away from this company.
    She changed her store name from just Frogs and Frills b/c business was so rotten and was taking money and ppl weren’t getting their orders. But changing your name isn’t gonna change the way she does things. DON’T do business with this company.
