Turn around time is close to 2 months
Good luck getting ahold of someone if you have missing items or very long delays in receiving your order. I have contacted them through every outlet: Facebook messenger, Facebook comments, and email with zero luck. Seems they spend more time posting new items rather than getting current orders out. Everything I have received is good but I will no longer shop here due to their turnaround time and lack of customer service in resolving issues.FLUTE PLAYERS ARE THE BEST!!!!!!!!
Bad Customer Service
I love the shirts from this boutique so I decided to order too. Their TAT was 16-18 days, which is fine. I got my USPS tracking number last week and it has been in the same spot since the tracking number was received. I have messaged the customer service twice and no reply. If I have to file a dispute with my bank, I will.ununhappy cust
Crappy app & company… buyer beware
I am not normally a cranky Karen…. I’ve given this company months to resolve their errors before stooping to this level but they very clearly do not care how I as customer feel how they have handled (or lack there of) my first and only order with them. I placed an order for two jackets on July 22. After two months of waiting and sending three emails that were not responded to, I finally received ONE of the items on Oct 5… I’ve since emailed them several more times AND commented on their very active Facebook account for a status on the second half of my missing order and still have received zero response from them. I do not want to issue a dispute with my bank because I have received part of my order but I will do it if this company fails to make this right with me. I will also be reporting this company to the BBB.Marina_Miele

Prices are extremely reasonable! I’ve never seen prices so low for such a great quality! 🌟
However, the shipping time does take 3 - 4 weeks! But every time I email them with information on my order, they get back with me within hours which is helpful and I really respect that!Alexandria L.
