Let down
Have used Alpha Cars before with no issue. Booked a taxi to goto dinner 4 hours before the pickup time and it was accepted. An hour before Alpha cancelled the booking and only by luck I picked up the email. When I rang them they said it was outside their area despite their website stating East Grinstead. Why could they not be honest and at the least ring me to let me know they wouldn’t honour the booking.

Pointless app
Booked a taxi for 6.30am to go to the train station for a train at 7.08. They took the money. Turned up at 7.02.
There is no point using this app to book anything because they don’t actually schedule taxis to meet the bookings they’ve taken. Awful customer service

Order car the night before travel from this app. Car turned up six minutes late and I arrived six minutes late for my appointment and they charged £4 over the quoted price. Never again. Deleting the app and finding another taxi service. No option for zero review stars unfortunately.
Rubbish
The app is rubbish tells you a certain time then when you call the cab office they will extend the time you have already been given better off booking by phone call the timing on the app is not accurate poor service from the office to when I explained my situation they didn’t not help just cut the phone everytime I called

Good quick service, but spoilt by no pay by car facility, lucky we had cash or the result would be different.
