Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t.
I like the Pivo if it actually worked all the time. Sometimes it shuts off. Sometimes it doesn’t track. Sometimes when we begin in tracks then stops in the middle of the lesson. Sometimes I can hear sometimes I cannot. My first Pivo worked great (until it didn’t) this one I have had nothing but trouble with.

Subscription scam
Features that were free when I bought the device are now locked behind a subscription. Without a subscription, Lessons will time out, meaning you have to get off your horse and restart a new lesson if you want to continue longer than 1 hour. There was no time limit for lessons prior to this recent update. App is buggy; it often loses track my horse in corners of the arena meaning my trainer misses parts of my ride. I’ve had better luck using FaceTime. Horse people have enough monthly expenses, I do not recommend adding this one.

I bought the camera about two years ago, but I can no longer seem to find an app that will allow me to connect my phone to the camera. Why?
Please add a manual zoom mode!
Great. However, while it's nice to have the zoom in/out automatically, it would be nice to have a manual mode where you can lock the zoom in/out as needed while still having the tracking feature. I like to shoot with my iPhone's ultra-wide lens (0.5x zoom out) locked in.

Issues all the time!
I am a professional horse trainer, I use mine a lot. Why wouldn’t the record feature be on the end of the originator of the session. So, who ever starts the meeting is able to hit record on their device!!!!

I’ve had the pivo for a few months and use it for riding horses. The app worked great for my lessons until about a month ago and now the audio cuts out and freezes often (I’m in the same range I’ve always been in so it’s not my head phones) and it keeps kicking my trainer out of the meet and the app freezes and crashes. Even after closing the app and going back in, it will still be frozen and I have to either turn my phone off and on again and if that doesn’t work, delete the app and redownload it. I never had any of these issues before so maybe it’s due to an update?? I know it’s not our service because we both have strong signals and have never had issues with the meet feature before. Idk what’s up

My cinematography robot
Now I’m not saying that it’s as good as hiring a cinematographer, but what I am saying is it’s the next best thing. It follows me around and I feel like it’s almost like a robot in that way. Very cool. This makes for some creative content.
Broken app and cloud
I can’t log in or make a new account on any Pivo apps. Now my pivo is unusable. Please fix asap !!! This shouldn’t stop me from using the actual device I paid for. That’s ridiculous. When you change this then I will change my review. This is unacceptable. Scam until further notice
Needs to work on apple watch
When recording tennis, i need to place the pivo+ so close to the fence, the prevent me from previewing the shot. Would need Apple Watch integration, so i can preview the shot angle before recording.
