Poor user interface
If one works the same hours every week, it is necessary to go in and completely repeat all information.
Once you have entered, hours, it is necessary to get out of the app and get back in again to enter more hours. I do not enter my hours on the day that I worked. I usually enter them all at once after a couple months.
I would probably enter them on the day that I worked if I had the ability to set up reminders.
The whole thing feels clunky.

You don’t need to reopen the app to log more hours. You can just open the Organizations tab and press Add Hours to add more. The app works best if you log hours after you finish them instead of adding many identical logs at the end of the month.

How do I delete hours off of Voluntime 😭😭 I can’t figure it out and it’s very frustrating. I accidentally put too many hours and now I’m not sure how to delete those hours

You can delete logs by pressing the trash can button that appears when you open a log.
Great, so many benefits! Just one drawback
This is a perfect app for keeping track of volunteer hours, although it does not allow you to see member total hours for your organization which feels like it should be a key feature. But other than that, the breakdowns, PVSA, and convenience of everything makes it one of the best hour tracking apps!

I was invited to join an Organization but after responding dnd downloading I could not join it.

I wish there was a way to add additional volunteers from a family. I can sign myself up but cannot add my children. I’d really like to use this to manage volunteer hours for my church (for PVSA) but need parents to be able to add and manage multiple family members.

great app, i would highly recommend. only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because i wish there was a chat feature for volunteers to chat with admins and owners directly. other than that it’s an amazing app!

Good app, but how do I delete an organization that i made? I accidentally made one
Working, but having struggles
I love the idea of the app, but we are struggling to implement it. When I share an invite to our group, it works for some people, but not all, and we can figure out why. I have tried using both the “share” and the copy paste link methods. For some people, the link just takes them to the download app site. Others it takes them right to the organization link. It would be great if people could search for our organization from a database to join. It would also be great to be able to generate at QR code to share onsite for volunteers. Also, we need a way to help people track hours if they don’t have a smart phone, so an online option would be amazing. If you can provide feedback about these issues, we would really appreciate it. Also - I thought you could export data regarding volunteer hours to a spreadsheet. I am not seeing that info anywhere. Please advise.

We have an online platform at voluntime.org for your members without smartphones. If the join link is not working for some members, they can open it online instead. The platforms are synced so they can continue using the mobile app after joining.
